Crystal Ruiz

Crystal Ruiz serves as a Board Member for the Inland Regional Energy Network, contributing to energy efficiency efforts in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties since January 2023. Ruiz has held various roles in local governance, including City Council Member for the City of San Jacinto since December 2018, and previously served as Mayor of San Jacinto from December 2017 to December 2019. Additionally, Ruiz is a Board Member for several organizations, including the San Diego Association of Governments, Southern California Association of Governments, League of California Cities, and Western Riverside County Regional Conservation Authority. With a commitment to representing and advocating for Riverside County citizens, Ruiz has experience in leadership roles that focus on community development and collaboration amongst stakeholders. Education includes attendance at Strasburg High School from 1981 to 1986.
