Jessica Mendez

Jessica Mendez, MSITM, currently serves as an IT Analyst for the City of San Jacinto, CA, since October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Helpdesk Assistant Manager and IT Support Analyst at California University of Science and Medicine from February 2020 to October 2022, and Community Administrative Support Worker/IT at the Economic & Workforce Development Department in the City of Los Angeles between October 2018 and February 2020. Jessica began professional experience as a City Clerk’s Systems Division Intern at Los Angeles City Hall in 2018, and held various positions at California State University-Los Angeles, including Student Service Learning Coordinator and Worksite Aid, from September 2014 to May 2018. Jessica’s education includes a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from California Baptist University and dual degrees in Business Administration (Entrepreneurship) and Computer Information Systems from California State University, Los Angeles.
