Albie Udom has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting from 1991, they worked as a Solicitor/Attorney at Pictons Solicitors until 1995. Albie then moved on to work as an Assistant Compliance Officer at Providian Financial from 1996 to 2003. From 2003 to 2009, Albie worked as the Proprietor, Sales & Business Development at Blackhawk Financial Group, Inc. Following this, they worked at AEKO Consulting as a Project Manager from 2008 to 2013. Albie then transitioned to the public sector, where they served as the Project and Facilities Manager for the County of Alameda from 2013 to 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Senior Contracts Analyst/Project Manager at the City and County of San Francisco. Most recently, Albie held the position of Director of Procurement at the San Francisco Unified School District from 2020 to 2023. Presently, they serve as the Deputy Director of Finance - Procurement & Risk Management for the City of San José since March 2023.

They also have a Master of Business Administration degree in Project Management from the same institution. Albie Udom obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree in Law from the University of Buckingham.
