Erica Garaffo

Erica Garaffo is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Lead Resilience Strategist and Products-Projects Manager at the City of San José, specializing in business process automation and transformation initiatives. With a strong background in project management frameworks such as OKRs and Agile Scrum, Garaffo has successfully led efforts to automate over 60 City processes and upgraded critical land-use permitting software for approximately 2000 users.
