Eswar Menon

Eswar Menon is an experienced investment professional currently serving as the Chief Investment Officer of Fundamental Strategies at Empiric Institutional, following a merger with Harper Capital Management in June 2024. Menon has a robust background in asset management, having held pivotal roles such as the Chief Investment Officer at Harper Capital Management, where investment strategies included Global Equity, International Equity, and Emerging Markets. As a member of the Board of Trustees and Chair of the Investment Committee for the Police & Fire Retirement Fund in San José, Menon oversees a $6 billion fund adhering to an "Endowment Model." Previous positions include Portfolio Manager and Analyst roles at firms such as Geneva Investment Management and WHV Investment Management, as well as advisory roles focusing on emerging markets and risk management in India.
