Heather Hoshii

Heather Hoshii, A.C.E. is currently the Division Manager for Parking and Downtown Operations at the City of San José. Heather oversees the planning, organization, programming, design, and operations of the City’s parking system. With a background in airport and aviation consulting, airport operations supervision, and aircraft noise abatement, Heather brings a wealth of experience to their current role in managing a city-wide parking program that maximizes revenues and minimizes costs. Their expertise in transportation and aviation make their a valuable asset in providing technical advice and implementing departmental goals and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulations.
