Logan Carter

Logan Carter is a Senior Budget Analyst with extensive experience in budget management and data analysis. Currently employed by the City of San José since October 2019, Logan oversees an operating budget of over $200 million for the Airport, providing performance reports and developing visualizations for expenditure data. Prior experience includes a Data Analyst role at Cortec Precision Manufacturing, where Logan utilized Excel, SQL, and VBA to create dashboards and reports, and a Data Center Assistant position at Premier Data Center Services, managing a cabling team and working with intricate spreadsheets. Logan began a career in customer service as a Barista at Peet's Coffee and a Sales Associate at Sports Authority, after earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Monterey Bay in 2017.
