Maria Arteaga-Carrasco is an experienced analyst with a demonstrated history of working in various capacities for the City of San José since 2001, currently serving as an Analyst II since November 2016. Expertise includes addressing inquiries, research, and analysis to ensure compliance with regulations in the Department of Planning, Building, and Code Enforcement. Maria is a certified Spanish speaker with a strong background in building department processes and a track record of assisting Spanish-speaking customers.
