Pam Foley is the current San José City Vice Mayor and Councilmember, having assumed office on January 8, 2019. With a long history of community involvement, Pam has been a member of the Rotary Club of Metro San Jose since 2000, where service includes roles on the Board of Directors and as a trustee of the Foundation. Previously, Pam was a director for the California Association of Realtors from 1990 to 2004, with leadership in various committees. Pam served as President and Mortgage Broker at Foley Mortgage from February 1987 to February 2023, providing diverse mortgage financing solutions. Additionally, Pam was a member of the San Jose Unified School District Board of Education from 2004 to 2018, representing 32,000 students. Educational credentials include a degree from the University of San Francisco, obtained between 1977 and 1981.
