Spencer Horowitz

Spencer Horowitz is a seasoned financial and business advisor with extensive experience in various high-level positions. Currently serving as Trustee and Board Chair for the Federated City Employees Retirement System in San José since 2019, Spencer oversees asset allocation and investment strategy. Additionally, Spencer holds the role of Chief Financial Officer and Board Member at Valley Water, focusing on financing public utility water infrastructure projects.
