Toni Taber

Toni Taber has served in various capacities within city governance and administration since 1998, currently holding the position of City Clerk for the City of San José since 2011, along with previous roles as Acting City Clerk and Assistant City Clerk. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy City Clerk for the City of Corona, City Clerk for the City of Covina, Clerk of the Boards at the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, Executive Marketing Assistant at Tejon Ranch, and a Teacher at the Kern High School District. Toni's early career includes an Administrative Assistant/Legislative Secretary role at the City of Sacramento and a Network Administrator/RWC Manager position at Cosumnes River College. Toni Taber holds a Master's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from California State University-Sacramento.
