Vaishali Vashistha

Vaishali Vashistha is an experienced human resources professional, currently serving as Analyst II in Human Resources for the City of San José since January 2023. Previously, Vaishali held the position of HR Staff Specialist at the same organization for a brief period in 2022. With a substantial background in human resources, Vaishali has also worked as Section Manager Human Resource at Motherson Sumi Systems Limited from December 2011 to January 2020, and as Senior Executive in Human Resources at NA Human Resource Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from August 2010 to August 2011. Vaishali holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Gautam Buddha University (2008-2010) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Botany, Zoology, and Chemistry from Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra (2004-2007).
