Wilson Tam

Wilson Tam is an experienced Transportation Planning Manager at the City of San José, overseeing long-range transportation planning, local policy, and data-driven decision-making since September 2015. Responsibilities include the development of community transportation plans, policy formulation related to various transportation and climate initiatives, and promoting public-private partnerships for big data analytics. Prior to this role, Wilson served as an Associate Engineer, where transportation analysis for land use development and the creation of significant policy documents such as the City's VMT Policy were key achievements.
