Brian Nelson, PE has extensive work experience in civil engineering. Brian started their career as an Intern at Stantec in 2007 and then joined Boyle Engineering as an Intern in 2008. In the same year, they also began working as a Civil Engineer at AECOM, where they stayed until 2016. At AECOM, they gained valuable experience in the field.

In 2016, they joined the City of San Luis Obispo, where they have held several roles. Brian started as an Engineer II and later became an Engineer III.
