Natalie Harnett

Natalie Harnett is a seasoned policy and project manager with extensive experience in municipal government, currently serving the City of San Luis Obispo since August 2018. Natalie's role encompasses project management, legislative analysis, and the development of policies and grant applications, along with providing analytical support to city leadership. Prior positions include principal budget analyst, where Natalie coordinated the city's annual budget, and financial analyst, focusing on revenue forecasting and cash flow management. Prior to working in public service, Natalie held positions in dental practice administration and retail, alongside an internship in marketing and communications. Academically, Natalie earned an MBA and a BS in Animal Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, along with a high school diploma.
