Previously, Charles held the position of Regional Director at Ace Parking from November 2016 to April 2023, contributing to market expansion and stabilization initiatives. From December 2013 to November 2016, Charles operated as the General Manager for LAZ Parking, leading over 300 employees and managing significant revenue streams while implementing advanced parking technology in New York. Earlier roles include Senior Manager at Standard Parking, overseeing operations for over 20 parking facilities and responsible for $35 million in annual revenues, and General Manager at Edison Properties, managing 39 facilities with $37 million in revenues. Charles earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from the University of San Diego between 1990 and 1994.
