Pat LC Cole is an experienced Utility Systems Analyst with a background in operations management and technical support. Currently employed by the City of San Marcos since June 2020, Pat oversees utility systems and has previously held the position of Operations Manager at Telecom America Services, Inc. from April 2000 to June 2020. In this role, responsibilities included office management, project and IT management, and employee training. Prior experience also includes serving as a GIS Associate, where Pat facilitated client relationships and managed quality assurance procedures. Pat began their career as an OSP lineworker at CenturyTel, focusing on utility service construction. Pat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography-Cartography/Geographic Information Systems from Texas State University.
