Richard Salmon

Richard Salmon has over three decades of experience in grants administration, currently serving as the Grants Administrator for the City of San Marcos since February 2008. Prior to this role, Richard held the same position at Hays County from February 1992 to March 2008. Richard is a graduate of San Marcos High School.
