Philippe Eskandar serves as the City Manager for the City of San Marino since July 2023. With a diverse background in municipal management, Philippe previously held various positions within the City of Westlake Village, including Deputy City Manager and Acting Planning Director from March 2017 to July 2023. Prior roles at the City of Glendale, CA, included Administrative Officer and Acting Administrative Analyst from June 2010 to March 2017, and experience as a Recreation Leader Trainee at the City of Burbank and a Recreation Leader at the City of Newport Beach from 2005 to 2013. Philippe holds a Master of Public Policy in State & Local Policy and a Master of Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, Law, & Society from the University of California, Irvine.
