Alissa C. is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in both non-profit and administrative sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Analyst for the City of San Rafael since January 2022, Alissa oversees core employee processes and institutional culture, while also managing HR compliance and budget. Previously, Alissa held multiple roles at The Contemporary Jewish Museum from April 2016 to January 2022, including Human Resources Specialist and Executive Assistant & Board Liaison, where responsibilities included recruitment, employee engagement, and strategic support for senior management.
