Steven Chaipel

Steven Chaipel is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in government and non-profit auditing, as well as management roles. Currently serving as Deputy City Manager and CFO for the City of Sanibel since May 2013, Steven has held positions such as Finance Director and Accounting Operations Manager. Prior experience includes roles at CliftonLarsonAllen and LarsonAllen, where Steven specialized in state and local government auditing. Steven began a career in accounting at Schultz, Chaipel, Redovan, Baker & Co, and has managerial experience from Gateway Country Stores and Wal-Mart. Educational qualifications include two Master's degrees in Accounting from Florida Gulf Coast University, completed between 2005 and 2009.
