Holli Safran

Holli Safran is an experienced urban planning professional currently serving as an Associate Planner with the City of Santa Ana since October 2021, following a role as a Community Development Analyst. Prior to this, Holli worked as a Planner at Veronica Tam and Associates, Inc. from July 2018 to October 2021 and gained valuable experience as an Urban Planning Intern at Homes4Families from August 2017 to June 2018. Holli began a career in the field as an Intern at Rick Engineering Company in the summer of 2012. Holli holds a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Studies and Planning from California State University, Northridge, earned between 2013 and 2018.
