James Murray

James Murray is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in various managerial roles, currently serving as the Human Resources Operations Manager at the City of Santa Ana since October 2021. Murray has also held positions as Benefits and Wellness Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager at the same organization. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Human Resources Analyst at the City of Anaheim from August 2013 to October 2021 and serving as an Advisory Board Member at North Orange Continuing Education since June 2005.
