Bradley Rahrer, P.E. currently serves as Principal Project Manager for the City of Santa Barbara, a position held since January 2023. Previously, Rahrer was the General Manager of the Montecito Sanitary District from June 2021 to December 2022 and held the role of Wastewater Collection System Superintendent at the City of Santa Barbara from August 2011 to June 2021. During this time, responsibilities included acting as the Legally Responsible Official for a 257-mile wastewater collection system and managing various programs and a team of 18 staff members. Additional experience includes serving as Project Engineer II and Civil Engineer at the United States Bureau of Reclamation, as well as an Engineering Intern at Reclamation District No. 108. Rahrer holds a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Master of Business Administration in Water Resources Engineering, along with a Bachelor of Science in Bio Resource and Agricultural Engineering, all obtained from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
