Brian D'Amour

Brian D'Amour is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in municipal engineering and project management. Currently serving as City Engineer for the City of Santa Barbara since July 2007, Brian D'Amour has also held various positions including Interim Airport Director and Acting Public Works Director. Prior to this role, Brian D'Amour gained valuable experience as a Project Engineer at Pathways Consulting, LLC, Clough, Harbour & Associates, and as an Environmental Engineer with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. Brian D'Amour earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, completing studies in 2000.
