Erica Madrigal

Erica Madrigal is a Project Engineer at the City of Santa Barbara since June 2017. Prior to this role, Erica served as the Mix Design Captain for the Concrete Canoe project from September 2015 to June 2016, where responsibilities included developing concrete mixes, delegating tasks, and creating a materials display, resulting in multiple awards for the project. Additionally, Erica gained experience as a Student Assistant at Cal Poly SLO in early 2014, assisting with food preparation and delivery. Erica earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a Minor in Spanish from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completing the degree in 2016, following a high school education at Granite Hills High School.
