Kathleen Kosiec

Kathleen Kosiec is an experienced librarian and information specialist currently serving as the Digital Collections and Web Services Librarian II for the City of Santa Barbara since July 2021. Previously, Kathleen held positions including Information and Resource Services Librarian at Menlo College and Librarian 1 for the City of Menlo Park. Notable roles also include being the Library Director at Spring Green Community Library, where Kathleen managed day-to-day operations, and serving as a Library & Marketing Specialist at Marathon County Public Library, emphasizing reference services and social media coordination. Kathleen has a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
