Kelly Bourque

Kelly Bourque is a seasoned professional in water engineering and project management, currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer for Water Design with the City of Santa Barbara since January 2023. Prior experience includes a decade at Goleta Water District, where responsibilities encompassed roles such as Capital Projects Lead and Engineering Project Manager, along with specialized positions in Water Conservation and Operations. An internship at Denver Water as a Demand Planning Masters Intern was completed in 2017. Kelly earned a Master of Environmental Science and Management, focusing on the Economics and Politics of the Environment, from UC Santa Barbara in 2018, following a Bachelor of Science in Hydrological Sciences acquired from the same institution in 2014. Additionally, Kelly participated in the UC Education Abroad program in Costa Rica from 2012 to 2013.
