Kathryn Mintz is an experienced finance and development professional with a diverse background in economic development and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Development Manager at the City of Santa Cruz Economic Development Office since September 2017, Kathryn has held significant roles such as CFO at Encompass Community Services and YWCA of San Francisco & Marin, and Redevelopment Finance Manager at the City of Santa Cruz Department of Economic Development & Redevelopment. Early career experience includes leadership as Director of Finance & Administration at House of Ruth and Director of Finance at the Community Action Committee of the Lehigh Valley. Kathryn holds a Master’s degree in Labor & Industrial Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Virginia.
