Erin McSherry

City Attorney at City of Santa Fe

Erin McSherry serves as the City Attorney for the City of Santa Fe since July 2018. Previously, Erin held the position of General Counsel at the New Mexico Department of Health and the New Mexico Department of Cultural Affairs, as well as serving as General Counsel for the New Mexico Department of Tourism. Prior experience includes a role as Judicial Law Clerk at the New Mexico Supreme Court and editorial leadership as Editor-in-Chief of the New Mexico Law Review during law school. Erin McSherry also completed clerkships at various organizations, including Perkins Coie LLP and the New Mexico Public Regulations Commission. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctorate from The University of New Mexico School of Law and dual Bachelor degrees in Environmental Science and Spanish from New Mexico State University.
