Jason Kligier

Jason Kligier, AICP, has extensive experience in transportation planning and mobility management, currently serving as Mobility Manager for the City of Santa Monica since January 2007. Jason's roles have included Acting Mobility Manager, Principal Transportation Planner, and Advanced Planning Lead for the Emergency Operations Center, where responsibilities included supporting COVID-19 activation efforts and return-to-work planning. Additional positions held encompass Senior Transportation Planner—Bicycle Program Coordinator, Parking Administrator, and various roles in transportation planning and management. Jason's educational background includes a Master's degree in Urban Planning from UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from New York University.
