Jenny Rogers has extensive work experience in the field of arts and recreation. Jenny currently holds the position of Director of Recreation & Arts at the City of Santa Monica, which they started in September 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Artist and Co Artistic Director at TRICKSADDLE from June 1993. Jenny also served as the Director Of Community Services at the City of Beverly Hills from January 2020 to June 2023. Before that, they worked as the Director of Arts & Recreation at the City of Mill Valley from August 2012 to January 2020. Jenny's career also includes roles such as Cultural Arts Supervisor at the City and County of San Francisco from June 2008 to August 2012, and Visual Art Program Director at Chashama from December 2006 to June 2008.

Jenny Rogers earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art & Semiotics from Brown University in 1993. Jenny then went on to obtain a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Fine Art & New Media from Penn State University in 2003.
