Shellie Goings

Shellie Goings is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in labor relations, recruitment, and employee performance management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Analyst for the City of Santa Monica since August 2022, Shellie negotiates labor agreements, assists with disciplinary matters, and ensures compliance with various leave programs.
