Arm-P Dominique Blanquie

Dominique Blanquie has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and risk management. They started their career in 2011 as the Assistant Risk Manager at the City of Petaluma. In 2011, they also took on the role of Chief Executive Officer/Vice President at Insurance Consulting Associates, where they served until 2016. In the same year, they joined the City of Santa Rosa as a Risk Manager. They have since held various positions at Santa Rosa, including Interim Human Resources Director and currently, Human Resources Director.

Dominique Blanquie, ARM-P, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Business, from the School of Business and Economics at Sonoma State University. The year of completion for this degree is not provided. In addition, Dominique has obtained the certification of Associate in Risk Management for Public Entities (ARM-P) from The Institutes in January 2022.
