Jami Ross

Jami Ross possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Analyst for the City of Santa Rosa since 2006, focusing on recruitment, job classification, performance management, and legal compliance. Previously, Jami held roles at the Los Angeles Unified School District from 1995 to 2005, culminating as a Senior Human Resources Analyst, where responsibilities included supervising a team for job analysis and employee assessments across various departments. Earlier career experience includes an Analyst position that involved advising on employee discipline in a unionized setting and an Emergency Room Registration Clerk role at Little Company of Mary Hospital from 1988 to 1995.
