Ken Flores is an experienced Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager, currently employed by the City of Santa Rosa since May 2022 and by Guadalupe County, New Mexico since May 2017. With a diverse background in construction and project management, Ken's roles have included managing projects, conducting site inspections, and working as an interim county manager. Previous positions encompass work as a construction estimator and project manager at Pacheco Construction and Trucking, Inc., utility estimator at Vis-Com, Inc., and estimator at Robert E. Rivera Construction Company, where Ken negotiated projects with various government agencies. Additional experience includes serving as a grants coordinator for Guadalupe County and positions in carpentry and construction surveying. Ken's extensive career started with underground uranium mining at Kerr McGee Nuclear Corp. Ken pursued education at The University of New Mexico from 1975 to 1976.
