Carla Blumers has extensive work experience in various roles, beginning in 1996 as a Marketing Coordinator at CSP Foods. Carla later became the Marketing Services Manager in 1999 until 2000. In 2000, Carla joined the City of Saskatoon as a Marketing Manager, where they worked until 2009. Carla then took on the role of Project Manager for Community Visioning, leading a city-wide conversation about the future of Saskatoon. Finally, Carla became the Director of Communications & Public Engagement in 2011 at the City of Saskatoon.
Carla Blumers pursued their education at the University of Saskatchewan from 1991 to 1995. During this period, they successfully completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Distinction, specializing in Marketing.
