Carla Roscoe

Carla Roscoe is a seasoned professional in public service management with extensive experience at the City of Saskatoon since 2000. Currently serving as the Manager of Service Saskatoon since April 2014, Carla oversees corporate service delivery initiatives, program development, and organizational technology advancements, including the Corporate Telephony solution and Customer Relationship Management System. Prior roles include Operations Support Manager, where Carla managed critical support sections for Public Works, and Operations Superintendent in Roadways, focusing on program development and staff management.
