Nathalie Baudais

Nathalie Baudais is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in transportation engineering and management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager in the Transportation Department of the City of Saskatoon since July 2017, Nathalie oversees Neighbourhood Traffic Management, including traffic calming initiatives, signage, and pedestrian safety, while managing the Neighbourhood Traffic Review program. Prior to this role, Nathalie worked at Dillon Consulting Limited as a Transportation Engineer, managing diverse transportation projects and office operations, and held positions at HDR and iTRANS Consulting, focusing on environmental assessment studies and public consultation efforts. Early career experience includes working at Caltrans within a corporate rotation program, providing foundational skills in detailed design and environmental engineering. Nathalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan.
