Todd Grabowski, P.Eng, serves as the Engineering Manager for Asset Preservation at the City of Saskatoon, a role held since January 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing the planning and preservation of sidewalks, roadways, water and sewer systems, and bridge infrastructure. Previous positions at the City include Manager of Asset Preservation for Bridges, Interim Engineering Manager, and Deputy Project Manager for the North Commuter Parkway Project. Todd’s earlier experience encompasses roles as a Sr Project Coordinator at GRAHAM Construction, Engineering Technologist at AECOM, and Project Engineer for the City. Additionally, Todd is a proactive Board Member of the Dundurn Rural Water Utility, contributing strategic leadership and governance. Todd Grabowski holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan.
