At The PlumpJack Group, Peter designed, maintained, and managed soft fruits, vegetables, and orchard products for the Food & Beverage Department, creating a farm to table experience for guests and owners. Additionally, Peter coached the Junior Varsity Lacrosse Program at Marin Catholic High School for two seasons.
