Doug Patten P.e.

Doug Patten, P.E. MBA, has extensive experience in capital project management within the public sector, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Capital Projects Management for the City of Savannah since November 2008. Key responsibilities include overseeing multiple Capital Improvement Projects from design through construction, supervising construction inspectors, and managing contract coordination. Notable projects led by Doug include various park developments, the Waters Avenue Streetscape, and enhancements to River Street and Broughton Streets. Prior to this role, Doug worked at the Georgia Department of Transportation, where duties included serving as a Project Engineer on significant interstate widening projects. Doug holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida.
