Jessica Baldwin currently serves as the Preservation Officer for the City of Savannah, overseeing complex historic preservation planning projects and advancing equity in preservation regulations. Previously, Jessica held roles as a Senior Historic Preservation Planner and Historic Preservation Planner for the City of Wilmington, NC, where responsibilities included supervising staff and creating local individual landmarks. Jessica's experience also includes working as a Preservationist with the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission, managing designation processes and training new employees. Additional roles include serving as President of the Victorian Society New York and a Preservation Specialist at Naiztat + Ham Architects. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Historic Preservation and Conservation from Pratt Institute and a degree in Architecture from North Carolina State University.
