Elizabeth Bartelt

Elizabeth Bartelt is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in employee training and development. Since November 2019, Elizabeth has served as a Human Resources Analyst with the City of Scottsdale, where responsibilities include designing and delivering training programs for 2,700 employees and enhancing New Employee Orientation. Prior experience at Arizona State University involved roles as Senior Human Resources Specialist and Senior Coordinator of Engagement, focusing on operations, talent acquisition, and leadership development. Elizabeth also held positions at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville as Academic Advisor and at Illinois State University as Residence Hall Coordinator.
