Andrew Cutillo

Deputy Solicitor at City of Scranton

Andrew Cutillo currently serves as Deputy Solicitor and Acting Solicitor for the City of Scranton since March 2022. Additionally, Cutillo is an Adjunct Faculty member at Marywood University, starting in August 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a Legal Honors Law Clerk for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and as the Regional Voter Protection Director for the Pennsylvania Democratic Party. Cutillo has also interned at the Public Interest Law Center and the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. Notable early career positions include serving as a Special Assistant for Legislative Affairs at the National Security Council and as a Senior Analyst and Project Manager at The White House. Cutillo holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Michigan Law School, along with graduate studies in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Rochester.
