Jack Reager

Jack Reager's work experience includes serving as the Director of Information Technology at the City of Scranton since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the President of BlackOut Design, Inc, a full-service advertising agency specializing in integrating technology and traditional design. Jack has also served as an Adjunct Faculty in the Computer Science Department at the University of Scranton since January 2017 and as a Business Department Adjunct Professor at Marywood University since September 2007. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Programmer Analyst at MetLife from June 2000 to November 2001.

Jack Reager completed their education at Marywood University. Jack obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a field of study in Information Technology, graduating in 2000. Jack later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Management Information Systems, completing it in 2003.
