Gayle Cook

Gayle Cook is a seasoned municipal leader currently serving as the City Manager for the City of Seabrook, TX, a position held since October 2006. In addition to the City Manager role, Gayle Cook has experience as the Assistant City Manager and Human Resources and Risk Manager within the same organization. Transitioning from the role of Human Resources and Risk Manager between 2013 and 2016, Gayle Cook currently also contributes to the Seabrook Economic Development Corporation since October 2023. Educationally, Gayle Cook holds a Bachelor's degree in Government from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, completed between 1991 and 1994.
