Autumn Manning

Autumn Manning is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and employee relations. Currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Specialist for the City of Seattle since May 2023, Autumn collaborates with internal stakeholders to enhance the hiring process while supporting candidates throughout their journey. Prior experience includes a 26-year tenure at the Bellevue Police Department as HR Manager, where Autumn oversaw talent acquisition, recruitment, and employee training, in addition to managing complex employee relations issues. Notably, Autumn held various leadership positions within law enforcement, including Police Captain, Investigator, and Police Officer, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments. Autumn holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Washington School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Western Washington University.
