Dodd Pharis

Dodd Pharis has over 20 years of experience in civil engineering and electric signal systems. Since May 2004, Dodd has been serving as a Senior Civil Engineering Specialist for the City of Seattle, where responsibilities include overseeing signal design and leading a signal electrician crew. Prior to this role, Dodd worked as a Major Unit Service Representative at Destination Harley-Davidson from April 2003 to May 2004.
