Duc Vo has a diverse work experience in accounting roles. Duc began as a Staff Accountant at SCIDpda in 2014, where they reviewed internal controls, managed accounting procedures, maintained the general ledger, prepared financial statements, and analyzed grant agreements. Duc then worked as an Accountant at the City of Seattle, where they maintained the accounting structure for various projects and performed monthly and fiscal year-end close processes. Duc later became a Senior Accountant at Seattle Public Utilities, where they specialized in complex functions using the financial system, PeopleSoft, and assisted in preparing audited financial statements. Duc also worked as an OOC Principal Accountant at the City of Seattle, overseeing billing operations and compliance for government partnership agreements. Currently, Duc is a Principal Accountant at the City of Seattle, primarily responsible for grant accounting and reporting, accounts receivable, external billing, and general ledger maintenance.

Duc Vo completed their education with a B.A in Corporate Finance & Banking from Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics in 2004. Duc further pursued their Master's degree in Accounting and Finance at Marshall University from 2006 to 2010, and also obtained an MBA from the same institution in May 2008. In 2018, Duc obtained a certification in "Enhancing Your Productivity" from Lynda.com.
